Shawn is a Management Consultant at Hansel Eleven, where he operates across the full breadth of the business. His role spans the responsibilities that larger organizations divide among their operations, commercial, and technology leaders: he leads operations management and strategic planning, drives marketing, business development and client coordination, steers the firm’s digital presence, and supports company policy development.
Based on his research, he has published white papers exploring the forces shaping modern business, from management consulting and organizational strategy to accounting, finance, and the future of work. Drawing on cross-border experience in Canada and South Korea, his writing connects strategic thinking with practical execution, examining how organizations navigate growth, complexity, and change in an evolving global economy.
Shawn brings 5+ years of operations and people management experience across Canada and South Korea, including Restaurant Manager, General Manager and Sales Manager roles. He is a Business Administration student at the University of Toronto Scarborough, specializing in Accounting with a minor in Economics, and is working toward his CPA designation. On campus, he serves as VP of Sponsorship for the Infinite Aperture Club and previously led corporate relations at UTKOS and human resources at ACE UTSC.
Fluent in English and Korean with working proficiency in French, Shawn brings a cross-cultural, collaborative approach to every engagement.
